Job Summary
As a Customer service associate, you will play a vital role in our team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient operations in our profession but fun work environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare food items following recipes and food safety guidelines
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is preferred
Proficiency in retail math for cash handling and transactions
Familiarity with Square POS system is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Time management skills and reliable!
