| Customer Service Representative Sleep Well, Inc. is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position is Monday-Thursday. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, can stay organized in a busy environment, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and get things done. Our patients rely on us to make the process of getting and maintaining their sleep therapy as easy as possible, so great customer service is a must. What you'll be doing: Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patients Scheduling appointments and helping with general patient needs Communicating with physician offices, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals Processing and coordinating patient supply orders Updating patient information and documenting communications Helping resolve insurance, billing, and order questions Working closely with our clinical, intake, billing, and resupply teams Providing the kind of customer service that makes patients feel like they're talking to a person not just another healthcare company We'd love someone who: Has excellent communication and people skills Is comfortable speaking with patients by phone Is organized and able to multitask Pays attention to details Is dependable and works well as part of a team Can learn new computer programs and processes quickly Has a positive attitude and is willing to jump in where needed Experience in healthcare, medical offices, insurance, DME, or customer service is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. At Sleep Well, we're a locally owned company with a close knit team. We work hard, help each other out, and take pride in providing our patients with exceptional care.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
