Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for a Service Writer & Parts Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our service department. You will help customers get back on the road while keeping our parts department running smoothly. If you have a solid understanding of vehicles and love to multi-task, we want to hear from you! We prefer someone who can handle basic service tasks, but we are willing to train the right person who fits our team culture.
What You Will Do Help Customers:
Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and help our technicians diagnose the problem.
Build Estimates:
Calculate costs for parts and labor, and get customer approval before work begins.
Keep People Updated:
Act as the main bridge between our mechanics and our customers so everyone stays informed.
Manage Workflow:
Schedule appointments, assign jobs to mechanics, and keep accurate digital records.
Support Parts:
Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing parts for the company.
Handle Billing:
