Resort Services Representatives provide friendly, face-to-face service to our guests, helping answer questions, solve problems and create a great experience from start to finish. We are currently looking for both full time and part time team members in this role, starting wages are anticipated to begin at $17.50 to $18.50 per hour and come with great job perks. You'll be part of a supportive, caring team that enjoys working together and having fun. Many of our seasonal team members return year after year, creating a welcoming and positive team environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly, positive and professional approach, creating a great first impression and helping guests feel at home. Develop a strong working knowledge of Sugarloaf's policies, products and services, to confidently assist and inform guests. Become familiar with and maintain knowledge of the annual Ticket Promotion Manual, using it as a resource to accurately answer guest questions and provide up-to-date information. Listen to guests' needs, questions, and concerns and provide thoughtful, personalized assistance to help them make the most of their Sugarloaf experience. Assist guests in finding appropriate resolutions to concerns within established guidelines and manager direction. Handle challenging situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism, working to resolve concerns quickly and respectfully while maintaining a positive guest experience. Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, while maintaining accountability for all transactions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be friendly, level-headed, dependable, and takes pride in providing excellent guest service. have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling challenging guest situations. be comfortable thinking on their feet, following established procedures, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced, busy environment. be comfortable learning and accurately communicating detailed information about Sugarloaf's products, policies, tickets, passes, promotions, and events. be committed to creating a welcoming, positive experience for every guest. be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team. Must be available to work weekends and holidays throughout the winter season and be a t least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
