Key responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with transactions and banking needs. Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customers' financial goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Work independently while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Radiate positive energy

Qualifications:

Customer service experience Robust attention to detail Desire to develop relationships with customers and individuals in the community in which you work Strong verbal and written communication skills Banking experience
