Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. You will deliver exceptional food service experiences by, managing customer transactions, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us serve our guests efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills in food handling, sales, and customer service within a vibrant culinary setting. Duties Prepare alcoholic drink items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and quality standards Operate a POS system to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist with food presentation, packaging, and food handling to ensure freshness and quality Support team members in food preparation, stocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Square is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with cashiering, serving, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafes is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Alcoholic drink preparation skills are a plus but not required Join us as a Customer Service Representative where your energy fuels our success!
