Job Description

Service Advisor - Lincoln Powersports (Lincoln, Maine) Lincoln Powersports is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This is a key role in our dealership — you are the bridge between our customers and our service department. If you're someone who likes fast-paced environments, takes pride in customer service, and can stay organized under pressure, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers and assist with service needs (walk-ins, phone, and online) Write up service tickets and clearly document customer concerns Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates to customers Schedule service appointments and manage workflow Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep jobs moving Follow up with customers on completed work Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on every interaction
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus (powersports, automotive, or marine) Computer skills (experience with Lightspeed or similar systems is a bonus) Positive attitude and team-first mindset
