Job Description
Job Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining positive account relationships by functioning as an in-office customer service contact in order to meet customer expectations and increase profits. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Works directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to ensure adequate production levels of product are present or scheduled for customer needs Works directly with customers and in house production and transportation management to coordinate order fulfillment Contact customers in accordance with proposed schedule and resolves concerns and problems Inspects product quality and monitor inventory levels Conducts price comparisons and communicates information as required Assists in the resolution of production scheduling conflicts. Assists in resolving accounts receivable problems and opportunities Prepares various reports and maintains records as required Performs other duties as required Qualifications Minimum of an associate's degree preferred Minimum of one year of customer service experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
