Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing product inquiries, billing issues, and order-related requests Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers on product usage and system functionality Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including de-escalating concerns when necessary Assist with order entry, shipping coordination, and account management activities Investigate and resolve issues related to billing, shipping, and online orders Maintain and update customer account information, including product and order details Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve complex customer issues Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions Required Qualifications Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP Experience in customer support within technical or laboratory-related environments Familiarity with account management, billing processes, and order management systems
