Are you someone who enjoys keeping projects on track while delivering an outstanding customer experience? We're looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the center of our residential production process—coordinating schedules, supporting project managers, communicating with homeowners, and helping ensure every project gets off to a smooth start. If you're highly organized, enjoy solving problems, and love seeing a plan come together, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Coordinate scheduling for residential construction projects. Order and track materials to ensure projects stay on schedule. Communicate with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle. Support project managers with documentation and project setup. Maintain accurate project information within our CRM. Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Operations teams to keep projects moving efficiently. Help improve processes that create a better experience for both customers and teammates. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with computer systems. A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Bonus Points If You Have Experience in residential construction or remodeling. Project coordination or scheduling experience. CRM or project management software experience. Experience ordering materials or working with vendors. Why Join Us?
