Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service and/or Delivery Help and In-Store Labor and Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will drive exceptional customer experiences and support our retail operations. This role offers a vibrant environment focused on delivering top-notch service, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with daily store functions. Whether you're engaging with customers, Delivering furniture and mattresses, supporting merchandising efforts, or helping with store upkeep, your energy will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our store running smoothly and efficiently. All positions are paid, reflecting our commitment to valuing every team member's contribution. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, product information, and checkout processes using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Assist with inventory management tasks such as unloading trucks, and organizing stockroom areas to ensure product availability and cleanliness. Contribute to daily store operations including cleaning, pricing products accurately, and ensuring the store environment is inviting and well-maintained. Requirements Drivers license and Good driving record Strong communication skills combined with organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Ability to perform physical tasks such as Lifting heavy furniture, Assembling furniture and cleaning work areas.
