osition OverviewWe are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in personResolve customer concerns in a timely, courteous, and professional mannerProvide accurate information about products, services, policies, and proceduresProcess orders, returns, exchanges, and account updatesDocument customer interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systemsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate department as neededFollow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfactionSupport team goals related to response time, quality, and customer satisfactionQualificationsPrior customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a high-volume customer support environmentBilingual skills are a plusFamiliarity with CRM platforms and order entry systems
