Key Responsibilities and Duties The Retail Bakery & Café Associate handles both front-of-house operations and product handling: Warmly greet customers and effectively answer product questions. Accurately process food and beverage orders using a touch screen register and manage cash transactions. Manage phone calls and accurately process detailed special orders for pies and other baked goods. Expertly cut and package pies, cheesecakes, carrot cakes, and dessert bars with attention to detail. Set up, maintain, and break down the attractive pie and baked goods display . Prepare coffee and maintain the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the dining room.
