Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Representative to become the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they experience exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable stays and foster positive guest relations. This position offers a dynamic environment where your hospitality management skills and multilingual abilities will shine, contributing to a vibrant guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency. Manage front desk operations efficiently, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes. Assist guests with special requests, providing personalized service to enhance their stay. Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures and ensure smooth overnight operations. Support guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Collaborate with hotel management to coordinate services and uphold hospitality standards across the resort. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or guest services within a hospitality environment. Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Knowledge of night audit procedures and front desk operations is desirable. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
