Job Description

Job Title-Administration - Customer Service Representative Job Duration-12 Months Job Location-Auburn Hills, MI Shift-M-F, 10am-6:30pm Job Description Customer Service Representative supporting a large facility. Daily Answer phone, record and distribute work orders Customer Satisfaction Score > 90 - Primary responsibility is answering calls, logging requests, and routing work orders to the appropriate teams. Requests come in via phone, system, voicemail, and QR submissions. Role is highly visible and interacts with all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming service requests (temperature, maintenance, restroom issues, etc.) Maintain accurate logs for tracking and follow-up Support vendor coordination and open order tracking Assist with administrative and facilities-related tasks during slower periods
Work Split:
Approximately 50% customer service / 50% administrative over the course of the week Weekly Vendor Open Order Report 100% of notices submitted via email CTC North Tank Farm fuel tracking; order tracking; fuel delivery work orders; goods receipt entering Other work as directed by CTC Facilities management
Top Candidate Profile:
Strong customer service experience (retail, restaurant, call center, etc.) Professional, polished communication skills (phone presence is critical) Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfort interacting with a wide range of individuals (frontline to leadership) Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn systems/processes Personality is key—seeking candidates who are friendly, professional, and confident on the phone Education & Growth Bachelor's Degree - degree in engineering, finance, environmental, construction, etc Candidates actively working toward their degree or recent grads are strongly encouraged This role is positioned as a career stepping stone, with strong potential for internal growth
Additional Notes:
MS suite, Psap, video editing experience a plus Candidates may support internal content (basic videos, building updates) Peak workload typically mid-week (Tues-Thurs), with varying daily volume
