We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As the Service Advisor you will be responsible for working and assistance in our service lane. This is a role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Provide curtness to staff members across various departments
• Must be able to earn the customers trust and the ability to grow it into work relationship.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and other advisors to ensure effective coordination and communication
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization

• Experience:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Service field or similar position
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, phone skills, in a fast-paced environment and auto estimating
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with Service customers at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Dealer Track and X Time is preferred but will train
• We need a professional appearance and a strong desire to excel.
