Customer Service Representative

Talascend is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity with our client in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Overview This role involves providing high-quality customer service support within a large facility, managing incoming requests, and assisting with administrative and facilities-related tasks. It offers a visible position with interaction across all organizational levels and potential for internal growth. Responsibilities Handle incoming service requests such as temperature, maintenance, and restroom issues Maintain accurate logs for tracking and follow-up Support vendor coordination and open order tracking Assist with administrative and facilities-related tasks during slower periods Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (engineering, finance, environmental, construction, etc.) Candidates actively working toward their degree or recent grads are encouraged to apply Strong customer service experience (retail, restaurant, call center, etc.) Professional, polished communication skills with critical phone presence Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfort interacting with a wide range of individuals from frontline to leadership Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn systems and processes Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
