Amigo Mobility International, Inc. is looking for a motivated Customer Service Technician. Customer Service Technicians are responsible for providing timely, accurate and professional answers to customers. If you are motivated to improve lives through mobility, consider Amigo.
Job Duties:
Identify and resolve commercial warranty & non-warranty issues Locate service providers and arrange service for commercial stores Process service requests Complete all required data entry fields in NetSuite for each specific service dispatch Perform diagnostics and offer technical assistance for both commercial and healthcare customers Answer all emails and phone calls in a timely manner Participate in customer service conferences Knowledge and Skills Preferred High school diploma or equivalent Excellent phone etiquette Proven technical and diagnostic capabilities Basic computer skills Technical service Ability to master software packages Ability to multi-task in a pressured environment Ensure a highly organized office space and proactive email management Strong ability to follow through and successfully complete tasks Benefits Competitive compensation plan Retirement investment plans Medical/dental/vision, and life insurance Paid time off and company holidays People-focused culture and work environment.
