Job Description

Description 2 openings. one at the Comstock Park, MI location and the other one at Rockford, MI location.
Hours:
8:45am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends 6 month contract-to-hire roles
Role:
Provides friendly, accurate service by assisting members with routine transactions and inquiries, while also offering information on credit union products and services, to support an exceptional branch experience. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Perform member transactions accurately using the CBX system.
  • Respond to member questions, concerns, and requests for assistance in a friendly,professional, and solution‑focused manner.
  • Provide information on credit union products and services, including basic knowledge ofloans, business accounts, and fiduciary accounts.
  • Process member checks and maintain a cash drawer or pod, accurately balancing fundsreceived and disbursed throughout the workday.
  • Process member transaction requests, such as credit card advances, money orders, andcashier's checks, in accordance with credit union procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to research, resolve, and follow up on memberissues, as needed, to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Provide frontline support at other branch locations, as needed, to ensure adequate staffingand service coverage.
  • Participates in community events to support the organization's publicpresence.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

MUST HAVE
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience (face to face is preferred)

  • banking or credit union experience
  • cash handling experience
  • CBX or Gold System experience Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Comstock Park, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
  • $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
