Proofreading Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Overview:
This role's primary responsibilities are to ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve customer inquiries. As the first point of contact for general inquiries, like products, scheduling pricing, etc. Builds and maintains business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty and future business. May require purchasing, ordering, inventory assistance of food products. Acknowledging that job duties may be added or adjusted.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary focus is the first point of contact and dispatch of incoming calls and emails. Resolve customer issues, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Take orders, processing payments, receipts and customer correspondence. Verify and record bill of lading forms as required. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and confidentiality. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints. Effectively communicating with customers and other departments. Create pick lists for warehouse and route drivers Balance register, and petty cash receipts from fuel and necessary purchases. Package and send online orders Assist walk in customers and food service inquiries. Report sales orders to Service Delivery Manager and Production Manager.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office) Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong customer service skills (patience, empathy, and active listening) Problem-solving and analytical skills Organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail, and the ability to proofread documents Fluent in English & Spanish language (preferred but not required) 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
