POSITION OVERVIEW
Our agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our clients, assisting with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and account servicing needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values relationship-building, enjoys working in a team environment, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide prompt, professional service to clients by phone, email, and in person. Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Follow up on customer requests and outstanding items. Review policies with clients and identify additional coverage opportunities when appropriate. Work closely with producers and agency staff to support client needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Ability to learn insurance products and agency systems. Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing. Positive attitude and commitment to helping others.
