Real Estate Operations & Client Care Coordinator Team Name:

Full-Time with some Weekend Hours (any weekend work is hybrid)
Compensation:
Based on Experience About the Role I'm a high-producing Realtor serving the Greater Lansing area, and I'm looking for someone who loves organization, details, systems, and most importantly, helping people. This is not a typical administrative position. I'm looking for a right-hand person who can help keep transactions moving smoothly, clients informed, and the business running efficiently behind the scenes. The ideal candidate enjoys creating order from chaos, communicates well with people, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Be Doing:
Transaction Coordination Manage transactions from contract to close Track deadlines, contingencies, and key dates Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, attorneys, inspectors, and/or contractors Share all documentation to pertinent parties throughout the transaction Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings Ensure files remain organized and compliant Provide regular updates to clients throughout the transaction process Operations & Administrative Support Prepare listing and buyer packets Confirm appointments and manage scheduling needs Assist with email and communication follow-up Help implement systems and improve processes Once you have learned and successfully implemented the Transaction Coordinator and Operations role, the following responsibilities will be added over time: Client Care Coordinate closing gifts and client appreciation touches Support client events and appreciation initiatives Manage birthday and home anniversary programs Send thank-you notes and follow-up communication Help create an exceptional client experience before, during, and after closing Assist with maintaining long-term client relationships Maintain and update the
CRM/database Who I Need:
Highly organized and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients A passion to help others Able to manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed Proactive and self-motivated Comfortable learning new technology and systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Someone who notices problems before they become emergencies Bonus Points If You Have Real estate transaction coordination experience Experience working in a title company, mortgage company, or real estate office A Michigan real estate license Experience with CRM systems and transaction management software

Clients feel informed and cared for throughout the transaction Deadlines are met and details are handled proactively The database remains organized and current Transactions move smoothly from contract to close Systems improve and become more efficient over time A Quick Note I'm not looking for someone who simply wants a job. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
