- Job Description This client services representative position is focused on assisting clients in opening their new accounts with FSG.
- Duties include but not limited to:
- Client relationship skills, must be able to effectively communicate with clients while being warm and sincere
- Client service, while this position focuses on assisting clients open new accounts a large portion of this position will also include assisting clients in servicing their current accounts
- Must have excellent phone skills, being able to read the client on the other line and speak with confidence and friendliness
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, each case will present its own unique variables and challenges, it is our job to do the heavy lifting so that our clients don't have to
- Learn and become proficient with all technology partners of Financial Strategies Group (E-Money Financial Planning Software, Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Wealthbox, Riskalyze, and others)
- Work cooperatively with entire team to learn systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Must be able to train in Okemos
- Must be a logical and systematic thinker
- Passion for Client Service
