We're looking for an Assistant Client Manager who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for someone with independent insurance agency experience, possibly you would like to move from personal lines to commercial lines and are interested in building a long-term career in commercial insurance. Our experienced team will provide mentorship, training, and professional development to help you grow.
Salary Range:
$48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Health Savings Account FSA and DCRA Paid Holidays Requirements What We're Looking For Property & Casualty License required. Life and Health License preferred. Independent Insurance agency experience preferred 3+ years Insurance customer service experience required, bookkeeping or account reconciliation experience a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using technology and working across multiple systems Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Positive attitude, team mindset, and desire to learn Responsibilities What You'll Do Support Client Managers in servicing commercial insurance accounts Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners Assist with policy changes, renewals, certificates, and account documentation Follow established processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience Learn commercial insurance concepts and develop toward a Client Manager role
