Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative team in Grand Haven, Michigan. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers, managing order-related information accurately, and contributing to a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely, courteous, and solution-focused support.
  • Enter and maintain order details, customer records, and related information with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to resolve service issues and keep accounts moving smoothly.
  • Monitor customer requests and follow through on open items to ensure clear communication and dependable service.
  • Use business systems and standard office software to track activity, update information, and support daily workflow needs.
  • Assist with forecasting, reporting, and administrative tasks that help the team stay organized and informed.
  • Support knowledge transfer and cross-training efforts to maintain continuity during team coverage needs.
  • Contribute to a positive office environment by building strong working relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues.
