Our small animal practice is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit, supportive team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter. About Us We are a busy small animal clinic that prides itself on providing compassionate, high-quality care. Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for every interaction that happens at the clinic, playing an essential role in both patient care and client experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting all incoming clients with friendliness and professionalism Confirming information and checking in appointments Utilization of technology to communicate with clients and other clinics; including phones, texting, emails, and app requests Management of scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Inputting medical records Communicating emergencies, medication requests, and client communications with other staff members Financial transactions Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and professional environment Safe and professional interactions with clients and their pets What We're Looking For A genuine passion for animals and client care Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow in the role Flexible schedule, including availability for rotating Saturdays Ability to manage conflict during stressful emotional or financial situations
Schedule & Compensation Part-time:
25-30 hours per week Flexible scheduling preferred Competitive pay based on experience Benefits available
