Pointe Alarm is looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. You do not need prior experience in the security industry—we will provide training. We're looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow professionally. In this role, you'll assist customers who call with questions or issues regarding their security systems. You'll work with customers over the phone, troubleshoot common problems, access online manufacturer platforms, and coordinate service appointments when needed.
