Job Description

WMCB is looking for a part-time CSR (24-28 hours weekly) for our Downtown Holland Office. Please visit www.wmcb.com for additional information.

General Summary:

The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to complete all customer transactions in a fast, accurate and courteous manner, whether on the phone or in person. Provide customer service in a professional manner. Suggests / makes introductions for cross selling and referral of bank products and services.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Process various financial transactions for customers Answer customer questions Cross-sell and refer products and services whenever possible Knowledge and understanding of the bank's products and services and the benefits they offer to the customer Accurate balancing of cash drawer

Education/Experience:
