In this role, you will answer questions, help small business owners update their insurance policies, and work closely with local agents. High SchoolResponsibilities Answer incoming calls and emails from business clients and agents about billing, insurance coverage, and policy updates. Explain insurance policies in simple terms and help clients solve basic account issues. Make outbound calls to current clients to review their current policy, suggest extra coverage options, and look for add-on opportunities. Review risk factors for small businesses and approve basic policy changes. What We Are Looking For High school diploma required, college degree is a bonus. Prior experience in customer service, call centers, data entry, or insurance is preferred. Must obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within 30 days of starting, which we will pay for. Compensation and Benefits Unlicensed starting pay is $22 per hour. Currently licensed starting pay is $25 per hour. Work Schedule Training schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST for the first 8 to 9 weeks. After training, your shift will be assigned between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, working roughly 38.75 hours per week.
