Bi-Monthly About Us We are a growing insurance agency dedicated to providing excellent customer service and helping clients protect what matters most. We are looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time CSR. Responsibilities Assist customers with questions regarding insurance policies and coverage Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and through email Process policy changes, payments, and customer requests Maintain accurate client records and documentation Support the agency team with daily administrative tasks Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must hold an active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Licensing costs will be paid for by the agency if not currently licensed) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Basic computer and organizational skills Customer service experience preferred, but not required Benefits Paid licensing assistance Flexible part-time schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the insurance industry To apply, please send your resume to 5247staff@fbinsmi.com.
