Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Relations Specialist to manage customer relationships, coordinate sales activities, and support marketing efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage schedules and appointments, represent products within the showroom and hands-on support for the sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain positive relationships with customers Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments for sales staff Assist the sales team with daily administrative and customer-related tasks Act as a point of contact between customers and the sales team Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally Assist with social media activities, including posting, responding to messages, and engagement Track customer interactions using CRM systems Support marketing and promotional campaigns as needed Prepare reports on customer feedback, appointments, and sales support activities Knowledgably discuss prodcuts and materials with clinets at the showroom or over the phone Create Invoices and use POS to complete purchases
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to work well with a sales team Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, And CRM tools Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or customer relations preferred
