Position Overview Grace Performance is looking for an entry-level Service Advisor to join our growing service team. No prior service writing or dealership experience is required. We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual with excellent communication, organizational, and client-service skills who is eager to learn the powersports industry. Full training will be provided, including factory online and in-person training (some of which may be off-site). Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and create a positive service experience Listen carefully to customer concerns, gather accurate information, and open service repair orders Schedule appointments, manage the service workflow, and keep customers informed on status and timelines Communicate clearly with technicians and the service manager Provide basic explanations of recommended services and maintenance Maintain organized records, files, and the service reception area Assist with vehicle movement (drive or ride powersports units as needed) Participate in all required factory training (online and in-person/off-site) Support the overall service department and contribute to a clean, efficient, and customer-friendly environment Schedule Full-time position based on a 40+ hour work week Saturdays required Occasional additional hours during peak seasons Pay Hourly rate between $15.00 - $20.00 per hour , based on skills, attitude, and demonstrated ability. Overtime paid in accordance with applicable law.
