We create experiences, conversations, and memorable moments for people every day. We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Team Leader to help lead our team with positivity, enthusiasm, organization, and professionalism. This is a hands-on leadership position that works directly with customers while helping organize and guide day-to-day operations inside the store. This position reports directly to the founder and plays an important role in helping shape the customer experience, team culture, and energy of the business. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who enjoys helping people, leading respectfully, staying organized, and bringing positive energy into fast-paced environments. Most importantly, this role helps bring our "Live Life Crunchy" culture to life through leadership, hospitality, communication, and daily interactions with both customers and team members. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Daily Organization Help organize daily responsibilities and workflow for the customer service team Communicate priorities clearly, respectfully, and confidently Lead with positivity, enthusiasm, professionalism, and accountability Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting team members Help uphold company standards, policies, and workplace expectations Create a team atmosphere that is encouraging, organized, and solutions-focused Lead by example through attitude, communication, work ethic, and consistency Customer Experience Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service Educate customers about popcorn flavors, ingredients, collections, gifting options, and product recommendations Help customers make informed buying decisions based on their preferences and needs Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer Handle customer questions and concerns with confidence and professionalism Operations & Coordination Assist with planning and organizing packaging responsibilities Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders can be completed accurately and on time Maintain strong attention to detail in packaging, labeling, and customer orders Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the store Support daily operations wherever needed during busy periods Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and professional personality Natural leadership ability with a respectful approach to teamwork Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods High personal standards and strong sense of responsibility Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day Weekend availability is required Retail, hospitality, food service, or leadership experience is preferred What We Value We are looking for someone who: Leads with positivity and enthusiasm Communicates clearly and respectfully Takes pride in their work Helps others succeed Brings energy instead of drama Genuinely enjoys helping customers Maintains high standards without needing constant supervision Wants to contribute to something bigger than just a typical retail job Work Environment This is an active, hands-on retail leadership position that includes standing for extended periods, moving throughout the store, lifting product and supplies, and working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. Pay:
