Member Service Representative

Marquette Community Federal Credit Union is looking for an outgoing, friendly person to fill a full time MSR position. Responsibilities will include opening new accounts, providing general and specific information to members, maintaining certificate and IRA records, and assist in maintaining plastic card program. The person chosen must have the ability to have conversations with members and match services to their individual needs. Strong interpersonal skills are a must as this person will be the first point of contact with new/potential members. A basic knowledge of lending, credit and debit card programs, and deposit products is desired. Wage commensurate with experience and ability. Benefits package available.
