Service Advisor

My Auto Import Center is looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, and can thrive in a high-paced environment. This is a full-time position with full benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with service appointments Utilize service scheduling system to manage team workload Respond quickly to the internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates Follow up with customers regarding recalls Participate in team and process development sessions Keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications:

Strong automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and service writing Excellent customer service and sales skills Familiarity with auto estimating and automotive repair Previous dealership experience and auto service management preferred Relevant skills in transmissions, oil changes, and brake repair Ability to work with various vehicle systems including diesel engines and suspensions We're looking for applicants who exhibit qualities of integrity, willingness to be challenged, eagerness to learn and are compassionate towards customers and coworkers alike.
