This role is ideal for a Client Service Associate with foundational experience who is eager to take the next step, expand their skillset, and gain deeper exposure to operations, client service, and the financial services industry. What You'll Do In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across both client service and operations, working closely with advisors and team members while continuing to build your knowledge of the industry. Client Service & Support Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and service requests Support advisors before, during, and after client meetings • Help deliver a high-touch, "white-glove" client experience through timely, professional communication Assist with client onboarding, including preparing and tracking new account paperwork Process client requests, forms, and account updates accurately Operations & Administration Partner with the operations team on day-to-day workflows and processes Coordinate with custodians, broker-dealers, and other partners to support client accounts Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems Assist with billing, account servicing, and operational tasks Support cash management and general account maintenance activities Team Collaboration & Growth Work closely with advisors and teammates to support client needs Participate in training and development opportunities Learn firm policies, procedures, and compliance standards Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a client service, administrative, or financial services role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Preferred (But Not Required) Familiarity with custodial platforms (e.g., Raymond James, Schwab) Interest in obtaining industry licenses and expanding knowledge Exposure to insurance, annuity, or investment products Why Join Great Lakes Wealth Supportive, team-focused environment Opportunity to grow your career within an award-winning wealth advisory firm Hands-on learning across multiple areas of the business Meaningful client interaction and professional development Competitive salary, bonus potential, and benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO, and more)
