What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll combine customer service and relationship-building skills to help both existing and prospective clients with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities include:

Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service Provide insurance quotes and help clients identify the right coverage options Round out accounts and identify opportunities to better protect clients Maintain accurate records and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Follow up consistently and communicate clearly with clients and carrier partners Support agency growth through referrals and relationship-based conversations Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive office environment Why Join Our Team? What We're Looking For:

Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively Comfortable learning new systems, software, and carrier platforms Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
