Job Description

Express Employment is looking for a dynamic and client focused customer service representative for our client in Novi, MI. This is a direct hire position with a growing industrial supply distribution company. As a customer service representative , you'll communicate with internal and external parties, research and provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, changes, and returns. Provide information to customers regarding order status or product information. Respond to requests for quotes & product information via phone & email. Handle customer issues, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Develop customer relationships, inform customers of current sales and marketing programs, and effectively close the sales opportunities that are identified. Data/order entry into company system.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication MS Office and Teams proficiency Comfort with inside sales and upselling 3+ years of customer service including product order entry and management
