We're looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Front Office Representative who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every family who walks through our doors. As the first face and voice of MEGA, you'll play an important role in helping our families feel at home while keeping our front office running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet families with a friendly, welcoming attitude Answer incoming phone calls and assist with questions Enroll new students and manage registrations Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective families Schedule classes and assist with general office operations Support coaches and staff with administrative tasks Help maintain a positive, organized, and upbeat front desk environment We're Looking For Someone Who Has High school diploma or GED Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based software A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Availability to work weekday evenings, especially during after-school program hours Bonus Qualifications Bilingual (a plus!)
