Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a role in Novi, MI. As a Technical Customer Service Rep for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including: Key Responsibilities include: Provide timely and professional technical support by phone, email, and in person Communicate technical information clearly to customers, installers, and internal teams Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative of BrandMotion during field visits Maintain clear communication regarding service status, findings, next steps, and follow-up needs Support a positive customer experience through responsiveness, reliability, and practical problem-solving Accurately document installations, troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions Provide field feedback to product development and engineering teams Identify recurring installation challenges, product issues, and opportunities for improvement Assist with creating, testing, and updating installation instructions and troubleshooting materials Use field experience to improve product reliability, installation efficiency, and customer support processes

Key Requirements/Skills:

Customer service experience (1+ years preferred) Self-Starter with Team Mentality and Positive Attitude under pressure Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Task driven and detail oriented Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, management, customers and vendors via e-mail and phone Strong computer skills and adaptability to learn new software systems
