Position Overview We are seeking a responsible, highly efficient, and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team and provide service and support to our clients, financial advisors and operations team. This position will manage all day-to-day aspects of client relationships, including portfolio management and rebalancing, account management, and client onboarding. This position will also assist in the coordination of estate planning, charitable planning, and tax planning to meet specific client goals and will be responsible for facilitating all funds moving in and out of client portfolios. Key Responsibilities Support and oversee client onboarding process, including the preparation and implementation of new account paperwork Invest and manage client assets in accordance with their investment policy statement and rebalancing strategy guidelines Handle day-to-day client service requests, including fund withdrawals, contributions, deposit of funds, etc. Diligent documentation of client service and utilization of CRM software Update client accounts to coordinate with various financial planning goals, including changes to beneficiaries, retitling of assets, etc. Development and maintenance of positive client relationships Other duties and ad-hoc projects, as requested Complete all required compliance training and comply with all regulations that apply to the scope of the position Required Skills, Education and Experience Experience in the Investment field required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred, but experience in Investment field required Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite Highly detail-orientated and strong organizational and problem-solving skills Able to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines Critical thinker that possesses strong communication skills, both written and oral Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonus Medical reimbursement Retirement plan with employer matching contributions Professional development assistance Paid time off Paid professional designations and dues Complimentary beverages and snacks, in addition to provided lunch during weekly staff meeting
