Job Description

Customer Service Representative (Remote Call Center)
  • $21/hr We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment supporting healthcare-related services.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping others, problem-solving, and working in a structured, team-oriented setting, with strong potential for long-term growth. What You'll Do Handle inbound customer calls and occasional follow-up calls Answer questions related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy Accurately document and enter information into multiple systems Navigate and utilize various tools and programs to track and update customer interactions Manage a high call volume ( ~50-100 calls per day , depending on complexity) Maintain performance metrics focused on quality and accuracy What We're Looking For At least 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2-3 years) Strong job stability ( no frequent job changes ) Ability to type 30+ WPM Solid computer skills and ability to multitask across systems Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills Required Assessments Typing Test Call Center
  • Telephone Skills Schedule & Training Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM (set schedule assigned)
Training:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00
  • $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
