- What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily depending on complexity)
- Assist customers with:
- Prior authorization inquiries
- General healthcare-related questions
- Sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems
- Conduct follow-up calls as needed
- Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on
- quality and accuracy metrics
- What You Bring
- At least
- 1 year of recent call center experience
- (high-volume preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Stable work history (consistent job tenure)
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (
- 30+ WPM
- ) •
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare or medical industry experience
- Pharmacy technician certification
- Bilingual language skills
- Training & Schedule
- Training (4 weeks):
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Regular Schedule:
- Must be flexible between
- 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 7 days/week
- Set schedules assigned after training based on performance
- Mandatory overtime required during peak months (January & February)
Note:
Training includes assessments-successful completion requires an average score of 90%.- Compensation & Growth Opportunities

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
