Monday-Friday Job Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing parts and service phone calls and emails, data entry/retrieval, and analyzing various reports. They will process complaints and issues related to products and/or services. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries, such as email or phone call. Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times. Familiar with products and services to relay accurate information to customers. Communicate with internal/external individuals to resolve issues. Use computer for various applications, such as databases management and word processing. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. Recognize when there is a problem or issue and let the appropriate authority know. Set up and/or manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents such as correspondences. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Sales background preferred. Proficient computer skills. Two (2) or more years of experience in related position preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently sit for extended periods of time. Occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend. Requires employee to occasionally work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions. Occasionally required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.
