Job Description

Summary Objective:
ISP Coatings Corporation is an industrial coating company based in Romeo, Michigan specializing in applying protective nylon, plastisol, and epoxy coatings to fasteners, machinery, and manufactured parts. ISP serves a diverse range of industries, including the automotive, aerospace, military, marine, and construction. ISP Coatings is looking for qualified resources to fill positions in office support. Candidates will have responsibilities for Customer related support topics.
Basic Skills:
Good Communication skills (verbal, written etc.) Including outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong Customer Experience / Customer Service business acumen Professional & Courteous Attitude Willingness to learn ISP processes & procedures
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service Manage front desk and incoming calls Coordinate shipping and receiving paperwork Data entry and general office duties Assist with filing and administrative tasks
