This position provides excellence service to our well-established customer base and supports our outside sales force. Our customer service staff field all inbound calls, process incoming orders, answer general product inquiries, resolve any issues that may arise, analyze reports, make outbound calls, and maintain solid relationships with existing accounts. Qualifications Must have a basic understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must have working knowledge of distribution software and ability to navigate the internet. Working knowledge of CRM systems is a definite plus. Must have 1-2-year experience in Customers Service. Knowledge of durable medical equipment and medical supplies is very helpful. Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
