The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account-related questions. Assist customers with resolving issues and finding appropriate solutions. Document customer interactions and update information in company systems. Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is required. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help others. Basic computer and internet skills.
