This position is ideal for an individual with experience in a dealership, or repair facility who excels at customer service, scheduling, communication, and administrative support. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the collision repair process—from vehicle drop-off to final delivery. Family-owned and operated company Benefits available on Day One for full-time employees Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network health insurance Dental, Vision, 401(k) with 5% company match Company-paid life insurance Weekly pay Paid holidays and paid training Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Career growth and advancement opportunities Referral bonus program Company-provided uniforms Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Performance-based bonus opportunities Seven-time Detroit Free Press Top Workplace Award winner Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced collision repair environment Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Schedule collision repair and estimate appointments Greet customers and coordinate front desk operations Communicate repair status updates to customers Assist customers throughout the vehicle repair process Process payments and close repair orders Perform data entry, filing, and administrative support duties Process accounts payable and maintain accurate records Collect customer information and required documentation Support estimators, technicians, insurance partners, and management Maintain accurate customer and repair records in management systems Help ensure a seamless customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery Qualifications Experience in a collision center, body shop, automotive dealership, or repair facility preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Experience answering multi-line phone systems Knowledge of repair orders (ROs), estimates, and automotive service processes preferred Basic accounting and payment processing experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screening Physical Requirements Ability to stand and sit for extended periods Ability to use computers, phones, and office equipment throughout the workday Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30
