This position is a blend of customer service, account support, and insurance sales . You'll help current and prospective clients with their insurance needs, answer policy questions, assist with quotes, follow up with leads, and identify opportunities to help customers with additional coverage. What You'll Do Assist customers with questions regarding their insurance policies Prepare and follow up on auto, home, and life insurance quotes Help existing customers review their coverage and identify additional insurance needs Contact prospective customers and follow up with incoming leads Cross-sell additional insurance products to current clients Maintain accurate customer and policy information Build long-term relationships with customers Work with the team to meet individual and office production goals Provide professional and responsive customer service by phone, email, and in person What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person Motivated by goals and performance-based compensation Organized and able to follow up consistently Positive, professional, and dependable Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful, but not required Licensing A Property & Casualty insurance license is required for the position .
