We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with policy inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and billing questions Process endorsements, cancellations, and new policy applications Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve client needs Provide information on insurance products and coverage options Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience (insurance industry experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with computer sytems Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)Preferred Qualifications:
Active insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) Experience with agency management systems Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:
