Job Description
The KFC Cook / Customer Service Team Member is responsible for preparing high-quality food, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Team members work together in a fast-paced environment to deliver fresh food and friendly service while following company standards and food safety guidelines. Customer Service Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operate cash registers and process payments. Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
